Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, clicking “I agree”, accessing or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, our DMCA Policy and our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility — adults only

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater), to use the Service. By using fastcreatehentai.com you represent that you meet this requirement, that you are accessing the Service from a country where adult-oriented anime AI experiences are legal, and that you are doing so on your own behalf. We reserve the right to verify your age and to terminate any account that we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for every action taken under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information, to keep it up to date, and to notify us immediately at support@fastcreatehentai.com if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that are inactive for extended periods.

4. The Service

Createhentai provides AI-powered anime companions, character customization, real-time chat, premium content rooms and related features. AI responses are generated by software and do not represent real persons. Companions are stylized adult anime characters. Although models attempt to stay in character, occasional inaccuracies, repetitions, refusals or unexpected outputs may occur. We provide the Service “as is” and reserve the right to add, modify, throttle, restrict or remove features at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• generate, request, upload or share sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualizes characters depicted as minors, in any context;
• impersonate or create AI representations of real, identifiable people without their explicit, verifiable consent;
• create non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) of any real person;
• generate content involving real-world violence, gore, terrorism, self-harm encouragement, bestiality, incest involving real people, or other prohibited categories;
• attempt to bypass safety filters, age gates, geographic restrictions or rate limits;
• scrape, crawl, mirror, mass-export or train other AI models on our outputs;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or copy any part of our systems or model weights;
• resell, sublicense, share account credentials or use the Service on behalf of third parties;
• use the Service for spam, phishing, malware distribution, fraud or harassment;
• upload material that infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, publicity or any other right;
• use the Service in any way that violates law where you live or where our servers operate.

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts and report serious violations to law enforcement, without notice.

6. User content and licenses

You keep ownership of the prompts and customization presets you submit to the Service (“User Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, transmit, display, reproduce and modify User Content solely to operate, secure and improve the Service. We may use de-identified, aggregated signals about how you use the Service for analytics and product development.

AI outputs generated for you are made available for your personal, non-commercial use within the Service. You may not redistribute outputs that violate Section 5, or that misrepresent them as original human-authored work in contexts where that matters (academic submissions, journalism, legal evidence, etc.).

7. Subscriptions, billing and refunds

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the recurring amount and applicable taxes to your payment method until you cancel. Fees are quoted in the currency shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can cancel any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Because the Service delivers digital content immediately upon purchase, you expressly waive any statutory withdrawal right that would otherwise apply, to the extent permitted by law. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months, but we may grant goodwill refunds at our sole discretion. If you believe you were charged in error, contact billing@fastcreatehentai.com within 14 days.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension and a permanent ban.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, models, designs, names, logos, companions, illustrations, sounds, text, code and trademarks, is owned by Createhentai or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these Terms. All other rights are reserved.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, follow the procedure in our DMCA Policy.

9. Third-party services

The Service may integrate third-party tools (payment processors, AI providers, content delivery networks). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or content of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI outputs may be inaccurate, offensive or unsuitable; do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial, psychological or safety-critical decisions.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Createhentai, its affiliates, officers, employees and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Createhentai and its representatives from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) your User Content, (c) your breach of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from your settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk of liability for us, or harmed other users. Upon termination, sections 5–15 survive.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, except that you may bring small-claims actions where permitted by local law. Where required, you and we agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution before initiating formal proceedings.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Service or by email. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
