1. Reporting alleged copyright infringement
If you believe that material accessible on or from the Service infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent (contact details below). To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c), your notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of those works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (URL, screenshot, file path, companion name, conversation ID, etc.).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you (mailing address, telephone number, and email address).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

2. Misrepresentations
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. Please do not send false claims. If you are not sure whether material on the Service infringes your rights, consult a lawyer first.
3. Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed (or access to it was disabled) by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district in which your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, the jurisdiction in which we are located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or that person’s agent.
Counter-notices may be sent to dmca@fastcreatehentai.com. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward a copy to the original complainant. Unless they file a court action seeking a restraining order against you within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore the removed material.
4. Repeat infringer policy
It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, to disable or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers or who are repeatedly the subject of credible infringement claims. We may also limit access to the Service or terminate accounts of any user who infringes intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether there is repeat infringement.
5. Trademarks and other intellectual property
For complaints about trademark, right-of-publicity, trade-secret or other intellectual property issues that are not covered by the DMCA, contact us at legal@fastcreatehentai.com with detailed information so we can investigate.
6. EU and UK users
If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may submit takedown requests under the EU Digital Services Act, the UK’s implementation of the EU Copyright Directive or your local copyright law to the same address. Please reference the legal basis you are invoking.
7. Privacy notice for notices
The information you submit in a notice or counter-notice (including your name, contact details and statements) may be shared with the affected user, with our service providers and, where required, with law enforcement or courts. By submitting a notice, you consent to that sharing.
