1. Who we are

Createhentai operates the website at fastcreatehentai.com and provides interactive AI-powered anime companion experiences, including chat, character customization and premium content access. References to “you” mean any visitor, registered user or paying member of the Service.

2. Age requirement

The Service is intended exclusively for adults aged eighteen (18) years or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover that we have processed data from a person under 18, we will delete it without delay. 3. Information we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to operate the Service, secure user accounts, prevent abuse, and improve quality.

• Account data — email address, hashed password, screen name, language preference, country of residence, and the date your account was created.
• Profile and customization data — companion presets you save in our Customize Studio (name, hair color, skin tone, height, outfit, personality, voice and similar attributes).
• Chat and interaction data — messages exchanged with AI companions, message timestamps, prompts, model parameters and any feedback you submit (likes, reports, ratings).
• Payment data — billing name, billing address, last four digits of the card, card brand, transaction reference, currency, amount and renewal status. Full card numbers are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processors and never stored on our servers.
• Technical data — IP address, device type, browser, operating system, referring URL, screen size, language headers, approximate location derived from IP, time zone, and crash diagnostics.

• Communications — email you send us, support tickets, survey answers, and content of any abuse reports.

4. How we use your information

We process personal data for the following purposes and under the following legal bases (where the GDPR or similar laws apply):

• Service delivery (performance of a contract) — to create and authenticate your account, render conversations with AI companions, save customization presets, deliver premium features, process payments and provide customer support.
• Safety, security and fraud prevention (legitimate interest, legal obligation) — to detect bots, abuse, NCII (non-consensual intimate imagery) attempts, payment fraud, account takeover, and underage usage; to investigate reports and to enforce our Terms of Service.
• Quality and model improvement (legitimate interest, with safeguards) — to evaluate the safety filters, refine response style, debug issues and improve recommendation of companions. We do not train third-party models on your private chats.
• Personalization (consent or legitimate interest) — to remember your last companion, your preferred categories and your saved presets so the Service feels continuous.
• Communications (consent or legitimate interest) — to send transactional notices (receipts, password resets, security alerts) and, only with your consent, occasional product news.
• Legal compliance (legal obligation) — to respond to lawful requests, comply with tax, accounting and consumer-protection rules, and enforce our rights.

5. AI conversations and content moderation

Conversations with our AI companions are passed through automated moderation systems before, during and after generation. Content that depicts or solicits sexual content involving minors, real persons without consent, bestiality, gore, terrorism, doxxing or other prohibited material is blocked, flagged for human review and may be reported to the relevant authorities. We may retain a redacted record of blocked attempts solely for safety auditing.

Even though chats with companions are designed to feel private, please remember that the model is a software system. Do not share information you would not be comfortable having stored on a server. Avoid posting government IDs, financial credentials, medical records or anyone else’s personal information.

6. Cookies, analytics and similar technologies

We use first-party cookies for sign-in sessions, CSRF protection, language preference and remembering whether you dismissed our age-gate. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are popular, which companions are loved and where the user experience breaks. 7. Sharing your information

We never sell your personal information. We share data only with carefully selected service providers who are contractually bound to use it solely on our behalf:

• Cloud hosting and content delivery providers that store our database and deliver media.
• Payment processors that handle billing and subscription renewals.
• Email infrastructure providers that send transactional notices.
• AI inference providers that generate responses for our companions, under data-processing terms that prohibit them from training on your prompts.
• Fraud-prevention and bot-detection services.
• Professional advisors (lawyers, accountants, auditors) under confidentiality obligations.
• Law enforcement, regulators or courts where required by a valid legal request.
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition or asset sale, with notice to you.

8. International transfers

Our infrastructure is global. Personal data may be processed in countries other than the one in which you reside, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, the United States and other regions where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions and additional technical safeguards (such as encryption in transit and at rest).

9. Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. As a general rule:

• Account profile — for the life of the account, then up to 30 days after deletion.
• Chat history — by default 90 days rolling, unless you save individual chats, in which case until you delete them.
• Billing records — up to 7 years to comply with tax and accounting law.
• Security and abuse logs — up to 24 months.

10. Security

We protect your data with TLS for transport, AES-256 for storage at rest, hashed passwords using modern adaptive algorithms, role-based access controls, principle of least privilege, audit logging, vulnerability scanning and regular penetration testing. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact security@fastcreatehentai.com immediately.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, port, restrict, object to or delete your personal data, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. To exercise these rights, email privacy@fastcreatehentai.com from the address associated with your account. We will respond within the legally required time frame, typically 30 days.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete that information and the right to opt out of any “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for monetary value.

12. Children

The Service is for adults only. We do not market to children, do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and use age-gating, payment signals, and behavioral heuristics to discourage underage use. Parents who suspect a minor has created an account may request immediate deletion at privacy@fastcreatehentai.com.

13. Automated decisions

We use automated systems to filter prohibited content, block fraudulent payments and flag suspicious sign-ups. These decisions can affect your access to the Service. You may request a human review by contacting support.

14. Third-party links

The Service may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies before submitting personal information.

15. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date and notify active users by email or via an in-product notice. Continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
